Theme: “Connection”
“Relationship”, “attachment”, “link”, or “circuit”, this theme
can go in as many different directions as the artist can
imagine.
The “Connection” exhibition will be on display April 1, 2022-
July 31, 2022.
All Minnesota artists are welcome to submit art. Artists from
marginalized backgrounds are especially encouraged to
submit.
-Open to artists in all mediums in 2-d, mixed media, textiles,
or written word.
-All work must be original.
-Works must be ready to hang with wire hangers (no sawtooth hangers please), and paper artwork must be framed.
Dates and Required Artist Information:
-Deadline for submission is March 13, 2022.
-Each artist may submit 1 piece no larger than 20” X 24”
-Email a picture of your piece and the following

Will go out during the week of 3/20/2022
Drop off dates:
Bring art to The Bakken located at 3537 Zenith Avenue
South, Minneapolis, MN 55416 on either: 3/29 from
10AM-2PM or 3/30 from 1-5PM. You must drop off your
work before 5PM on 3/30 or it won’t get hung.
(If you!re unable to drop off artwork at these times, let us
know ahead of time and we can make alternative arrangements).
Pick up dates:
8/1 from 12PM-2PM or 8/2, 2022 from 12-5PM. If you won’t
be able to pick up your pieces during these times, let us
know ahead of time. We won’t be able to store them for you
and can’t be responsible for them.
