Terms and Conditions for Selling/Showing Artwork on The Show Marketplace Platform

1. Eligibility:
   • By using this free marketplace platform for selling artwork, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Listing Requirements:
   • All artwork listings must be made by you, accurate, complete, and comply with the platform’s content policies. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your listings.
3. Intellectual Property:
   • You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to sell/show the artwork you list on the platform. You agree not to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Transactions:
   • Transactions conducted through the platform are solely between the buyer and seller. The platform is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from these transactions.
5. Communication:
   • You agree to communicate with buyers in a professional and timely manner. Any communication with buyers must comply with the platform’s policies and guidelines.
6. Shipping and Delivery:
   • You are responsible for all shipping and accurately describing shipping costs, delivery times, and any other relevant information related to the shipment of artwork. Delays or damages during shipping are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon with the buyer.
7. Returns and Refunds:
   • You are responsible for handling all returns and refunds as agreed upon with the buyer. Any disputes regarding returns or refunds should be resolved directly between you and the buyer.
8. Indemnification:
   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or any breach of these terms.
9. Modification of Terms:
   • The platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
10. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the free marketplace platform to sell/show artwork, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
